Who’s behind it
We’re a small editorial team, not a clinic and not a media company with a large newsroom. Every guide is researched, drafted, and then reviewed against its sources before it’s published. We don’t have a licensed sleep physician on staff, and we’re upfront about that rather than implying otherwise — see our Methodology page for exactly how we handle fact-checking without one.
What you’ll find here
Guides are organized into topic areas: Sleep Disorders, Sleep Medications, Sleep Improvement, Sleep Science, Sleep Tools, Lifestyle & Sleep, and Special Cases. You can browse all of them from our Guides page. We also publish a smaller Product Guides section — comparison articles on things like mattresses and pillows — which is clearly separated from the educational content and may include disclosed affiliate links.
How we think about accuracy
Every specific claim about a condition, medication, or statistic in our guides links back to a primary source — a government health agency, a hospital system, or a recognized clinical association. We don’t publish invented statistics, fabricated case studies, or claims we can’t source. Full details are on our Methodology page.
